Shibuya in Tokyo Japan is known for it’s sea of people crossing together in orderly chaos. But during the last Saturday of October before the highly anticipated Halloween, the young Japanese people along with other curious foreigners flock the city of Shibuya and dress up as different characters and letting out a bit of craziness.
According to Tokyo Cheapo website, there’s really one organizer but people just go and dress up and walk the streets then head on to the clubs and bars along their way. Some even drink right on the street. It was really surreal to experience, the place was energetically charged but it also felt safe being there.
Here’s a short clip of our visit to Shibuya for Halloween 2017.
